This hotel suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Highly recommend, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

i loved the central location of the common areas at best western. the front desk staff were super kind and helpful, allowing us late checkout for the bix race. we enjoyed taking a dip in the indoor pool, which was a nice touch.

Had a spacious king bed room with a comfy bed. The pool area was clean, and the unique layout of the hotel offered plenty of parking. Enjoyed using the well-maintained fitness room, and I loved that the air ducts don't blow directly on the bed.

The atrium featured an inviting atmosphere, and the bar had excellent live music and delicious food. However, the jacuzzi was boarded up during the visit, and we encountered some renovation-related disruptions. Staff was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed at times.
